Some of my core skills that I have picked up along the road.
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders is a core strength of mine. I'm a strong believer in solving the problem collectively and utilising the available expertise while failing fast. Getting buy-in from invested stakeholders is critical in building momentum within any team.
I apply Design Thinking methods and activities to my all my workshops and develop my process around them. I am an advocator of the Design Sprint Process which I have successfully embedded into my companies development process.
I have experience building and leading large teams. I also lecture in the subject of Design which has really helped me understand the different aspects of leadership. Being able to listen is the most important skill I have learned about leadership so far.
I have delivered many digital campaigns for a plethora of clients. From digital display to application based web design and everything in between.
I try to put the end user at the core of my decision making process, using research to inform decision making to remove subjectivity.
An engaging, usable interface can really enhance any product. I take pride in crafting interfaces that catch the eye and supplement the user experience.
